Hey hey... it's been quite some time, hasn't it? Well I promise not to disappoint - I've come to you today with a very simple, very filling, very mess-free altearnative to the usual stove-top steak, with a bundle more flavor and lots of yummy fiddly bits that go perfectly with the side of your choice. Morevover - it's baked in the oven. All you literally have to do is layer the ingredients upon eachother, cover, bake, and serve. Can it get any easier than that? Can it??
